Terms of Service
Effective Date: December 17, 2023
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Reboot Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") and its members regarding the use of services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
① The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows:
② Terms not defined in this Article shall be governed by relevant laws and individual terms pursuant to Article 4 of these Terms, and otherwise by general practice.
Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment of Terms)
① The Company shall make these Terms available to members through the service interface, a separate linked page, or pop-up screens.
② The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by relevant laws including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on the Protection of Financial Consumers.
③ When amending these Terms, the Company shall announce the effective date and reasons for amendment at least 7 days prior to the effective date. For amendments unfavorable to members, at least 30 days' prior notice shall be given.
Article 4 (Supplementary Rules)
Matters not stipulated in these Terms shall be governed by individual terms, relevant laws, or general commercial practices.
Articles 5–8
These articles cover service agreement formation, changes to member information, service usage, and notifications to members.
Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
① The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws, these Terms, or public morals, and shall make its best efforts to provide services continuously and stably.
② The Company shall maintain security systems to protect personal (credit) information and shall publicly disclose and comply with its privacy policy.
Articles 10–16
These articles cover prohibited member activities, service use restrictions, service provision/suspension/modification, information provision and advertising, intellectual property rights, member termination, and Company termination/restrictions.
Article 17 (Limitation of Liability)
① The Company shall compensate members for damages caused by the Company's willful misconduct or negligence in accordance with relevant laws.
② The Company shall not be liable for inability to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, or for service disruptions caused by members' willful misconduct or negligence.
Article 18 (Filing Objections)
① Members may file objections regarding service usage through the following:
② The Company shall respond with investigation or processing results within 15 business days.
Article 19 (Dispute Resolution)
① In the event of a dispute between the Company and a member regarding service usage, both parties shall negotiate in good faith.
② If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply as the governing law, and jurisdiction shall be determined in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 20 (Amendment of Terms)
① These Terms of Service shall be effective from December 17, 2023.
