Reboot Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") hereby establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act to protect customers' personal information and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes:

  • **Member Registration & Management**: Verification of intent to register, identity verification, identification for services, prevention of unauthorized use, delivery of notices, confirmation of withdrawal
  • **Service Provision**: Development of new services/products, customized service delivery, events and promotional information, usage statistics
  • **Grievance Handling**: Identity verification of complainants, fact-finding communication, notification of processing results
  • Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period)

    ① The Company processes and retains personal information within the legally prescribed period or the period agreed upon at the time of collection.

  • **Member Registration**: Until membership withdrawal
  • **Service Provision**: Until service completion and payment settlement

    Article 5 (Rights of Data Subjects)

    Data subjects may exercise their rights to access, correct, delete, or suspend processing of their personal information at any time.

  • **Registration**: External login ID, email (required) / Name, nickname (optional)
  • **Service Provision**: Phone number, CI value (required) / Date of birth, gender, profile image (optional)
  • **Grievance Handling**: Email, name (required) / Phone number (optional)
  • **Automatically Collected**: IP address, cookies, MAC address, access logs, service usage records
  • Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)

    The Company shall promptly destroy personal information when it is no longer needed due to expiration of the retention period or achievement of the processing purpose.

    Article 8 (Security Measures)

  • **Administrative Measures**: Internal management plans, regular employee training
  • **Technical Measures**: Access control, encryption, security programs
  • **Physical Measures**: Access control for server rooms and data storage facilities
  • Article 9 (Cookies)

    The Company does not use cookies.
